Asha Hotaling was a Journalist and Editor at Transcontinental Times. She is passionate about the climate and equality. She is pursuing a bachelor's from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry in New York to better her understanding of what people can do to protect and restore the world around us. She has worked with film, print journalism, and academic writing but she avidly consumes news from many sources as well as reading nonfiction books about climate change and world history. She feels that providing accurate and representative news to people across the globe is essential to maintaining accountability for governments, institutions, and individuals.
