Startups unite to rebuild SL, set up platform to collect $100k for victims - ET Retail

Sri Lanka United looks to support initiatives that offer long-term care to victims of blast.
- Sri Lanka 's startup community is getting together to help rebuild the island nation shattered by the Easter weekend bomb blasts that left more than 250 dead and several hundred injured.
- That's why it didn't take much time for the local startup community to spring into action and initiate Sri Lanka United project to aid that very cause," said Enosh Praveen, cofounder of Colombo-based ReadMe, a media startup that focuses on the tech industry .
- The focus areas of the support offered by the startups include mental health, long-term health of those affected, empowerment, long-term income generation efforts, assisting in education continuity, community integration and reconciliation.
