Hyderabad-based LearnPlay allows parents to restrict their children?s screen time along with incentivising kids to learn
- The app needs to the installed in both the parents and kids devices and through the parents device they can control the various apps being used by the kids on their device.
- Along with this, the app allows kids to get incentives for completing worksheets in the LearnPlay app through points that can be redeemed to buy gifts of their choice on the app.
- In terms of controlling the child's device, currently the subscription-based model allows parents to block/unblock apps on the kid's device along with allot screen time.
- In terms of learning, the app provides the parents with details on the progress of their kids and details on their weakness in particular topic.
