The petition also emphasizes that Khan's physician, Dr. Faisal Sultan, who has been treating him for the past 25 years, should be allowed to check on his health. The PTI claims that Imran Khan's arrest was unexpected and that the prison authorities were unaware of his transfer to Attock jail, as they were expecting him to be taken to Adiala jail.

The party's legal team has been denied a meeting with Khan, preventing them from providing him with necessary items and obtaining his signatures for various applications and challenges. The PTI criticizes the authorities for turning the prison into a restricted area for lawyers and local people.

In Attock jail, Khan is being provided B-class facilities, which include books, newspapers, a table, a chair, a television, a mattress, and jail food. However, he is not allowed to receive food from outside. The PTI core committee has expressed concerns about Khan's safety and the conditions of his detention.

They demand his immediate release and question the reasons behind his transfer to Attock jail instead of Adiala jail. The committee also raises questions about the medical examination conducted on Khan and the lack of communication regarding the results.
