Pakistan's caretaker government has set a deadline of November 1 for illegal immigrants residing in the country to leave voluntarily or face expulsion, according to Interim Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti. Speaking after a high-level apex committee meeting on the National Action Plan, Bugti revealed that Afghan nationals were responsible for 14 out of the 24 suicide bombings in Pakistan this year.

The government has also announced the formation of a task force to crack down on illegal aliens and confiscate their properties and businesses. Furthermore, a universal helpline number and web portal will be launched to gather information on illegal immigrants and other illegal activities. The move is part of a series of measures aimed at addressing rising terrorist attacks and strengthening security in Pakistan.
