Iman al-Masry, a young woman from Gaza, experienced harrowing events as she fled her home with her three other children amid the Israel-Hamas war. She walked miles to a hospital and gave birth to quadruplets, but due to ongoing conflict, she was quickly asked to leave the hospital without her newborn son, who was too fragile. Now, with her three newborns, they live in a crowded shelter along with 50 other family members, struggling to find basic necessities such as food and water.
