In a stunning revelation, former US intelligence officer David Grusch testified before a congressional committee, claiming that the US government is hiding evidence of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), formerly known as UFOs.

Grusch stated that he was informed of a multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse-engineering program during his official duties, but was denied access to the program.

He further alleged that the government is concealing information on UAPs not only from the public but also from Congress. Grusch said he personally interviewed individuals with direct knowledge of non-human craft, and his testimony is based on evidence provided by credible sources.

Representative Tim Burchett supported Grusch's claims and emphasized the importance of government transparency. However, the head of the Pentagon's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office testified earlier this year that they had found no credible evidence of extraterrestrial activity.

Despite this, the US government has begun to take the issue of UAPs more seriously, holding public meetings and paying closer attention to sightings from military pilots.
