Are twitter and facebook news censor boards?

In the past four days, two videos of Democracy News Live have been removed from social media handles like facebook and twitter. A couple of hours later the video were reinstated after a complaint was filed by the channel.

There is no explanation on why the videos were removed. The questions arises that should facebook and twitter act as censor boards?
