Zoho Acquires SaaS-based HR Tech Startup ePoise

Zoho, a global SaaS-based suites giant, has acquired Bengaluru-based ePoise Systems, a HR Tech startup that offers a cloud based SaaS solution, for an undisclosed amount. Zoho's 40 plus business applications in areas of CRM, HR, Finance, Office productivity and Customer Service are used by 45 million users globally.
