Sachin Bansal Invests $2.86 Mn In Milkbasket Via BAC Acquisitions
The funds will help Milkbasket reach the required capital expenditure and research and development across domains.
- Milkbasket has raised $2.86 Mn (INR 20 Cr) in a debt funding round.
- Flipkart cofounder Sachin Bansal through his tech fund, BAC Acquisitions, has invested in the round.
- Prior to this round, Milkbasket has raised nearly $16 Mn from Mayfield Advisors, Beenext, Kalaari Capital, Unilever Ventures, Lenovo and Blume Ventures.
- The company had increased its authorised share capital to INR 7,500 Cr ($1.05 Bn) in January, soon after which Bansal had invested $7 Mn (INR 50 Cr) in the company.
