- British Deputy High Commissioner Jeremy Pilmore-Bedford visited Maker Village, the Electronics Hardware Incubator hereand interacted with the startups besides having a look at the products developed by them.
- The United Kingdom (UK) is willing to promote startups in India by facilitating the young entrepreneurs connect with UK Industries, said the diplomat, adding that Maker Village is definitely one of the world-class facility for innovators and entrepreneurs.
- He said the High Commission would actively look at bringing more British companies here to understand the startup ecosystem and to discuss the chances of collaboration.
