Angel Tax: CBDT circular says startups will need to take appeals route

The Central Board of Direct Taxes issued a Gazette notification which said startups that have received notices from the Income Tax Department under Section 56(2)(viib) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, will have to take the appeals route.;
