Dubai Real Estate Booms: AED 10.1 Billion in Transactions in Just One Week

Dubai real estate transactions reached AED 10.1 billion in just one week, with 2,910 transactions including top sales in Al Hebiah Sixth, Business Bay, and Palm Jabal Ali.

A whopping 2,910 real estate and properties transactions were conducted in Dubai in just one week, totaling AED 10.1 billion, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD). This includes the sale of 209 plots for AED 2.19 billion and 2,100 apartments and villas for AED 4.84 billion. The top three transactions included the sale of a plot in Al Hebiah Sixth for AED 138.65 million, a land in Business Bay for AED 105 million, and a plot in Palm Jabal Ali for AED 47.36 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions, with 44 sales worth AED 163.91 million, followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 33 sales totaling AED 398.83 million. Additionally, the total value of mortgaged properties for the week reached AED 2.28 billion, with 82 properties granted between first-degree relatives amounting to AED 799 million. These numbers clearly showcase the robust real estate market in Dubai.
