Purulia: A viral video has surfaced on Wednesday morning where a Trinamool Congress (TMC) MLA was seen manhandling a local shopkeeper in a busy market. The accused MLA from Cossipore, Swapan Belkharia beat the man repeatedly in his neck and back with his elbow.
